Company History

Custom Insulation Solutions Ltd was set up at the start of 2021 by owner and general manager Mark McGuire.

While the company is relatively new, Mark and the team at Custom Insulation Solutions have been working together for over 15 years, for various different companies, producing custom manufactured removable insulation covers for clients across the country. 

With a level of experience and expertise that is unmatched in the industry, CIS Ltd is firmly established and recognized as Ireland's leading manufacturer of thermal covers.

General Manager Mark McGuire

Mark started his career as a sheet metal fabricator, serving his time with O'Keeffe's Insulation before going on to become their production manager.
Mark left O'Keeffe's in 2005 to take up the role of General Manager with start-up company Valve Blanket Ireland Ltd.
Valve Blanket Ireland was formed when the owner recognized a gap in the Irish market for locally manufactured thermal insulation covers. Valve Blanket Ireland quickly became the main supplier of these products to the Irish market. 
At the start of 2021, after over 15 successful years in the thermal covers industry, Mark formed Custom Insulation Solutions Ltd,  bringing the original production team with him to the new company.

The team at CIS Ltd, under the guidance of Mark, is responsible for delivering the vast majority of thermal  covers supplied to the Irish market over the past 15 years.

At Custom Insulation Solutions we work to an established Quality Management System which is in the process of being accredited to the ISO9001:2015 Standard.

The production team at Custom Insulation Solutions have been working together since the inception of the thermal cover manufacturing business in Ireland back in 2005 and have been delivering quality products to clients across the country ever since.

Custom Insulation Solutions can advise on the technical aspects regarding material selection for different applications, product certification and compliance with  applicable standards, codes and regulations which apply to our thermal cover products.
